WAIVER / SEVERABILITY definition
WAIVER / SEVERABILITY. Green's Lawncare’s failure to enforce any of these Terms or Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of Green's Lawncare’s rights. If a court finds a provision in this Agreement to be invalid, Customer and ▇▇▇▇▇'s Lawncare agree that such court should incorporate a similar provision that would be considered valid, with all other provisions remaining valid and enforceable.
