Wage Service definition

Wage Service means an Employee hired for Full or Part time employment and paid at an hourly rate on a time certificate but who is not assigned to a position in a classification set out in Schedule "A".

Examples of Wage Service in a sentence

  • The Employer will make a contribution for each Participant’s Prevailing Wage Service based on the hourly contribution rate for the Participant’s employment classification.

  • For any Employee performing Prevailing Wage Service, the Employer may make the required contribution for such service without designating the exact amount of such contribution.

  • Subject to Section 3.6 of the Basic Plan, the Employer will make contributions to the Plan for the Prevailing Wage Service of each Participant < ¨ who is an NHCE >.

  • This Sub-clause does not apply to Wage Service Employees as defined in Sub-clause 1.01(f).

  • The Prevailing Wage Service Charge is intended to cover applicable overhead and profit.

  • For a Wage Service Employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than the normal full annual hours of work, the $50.00 per pay period in lieu of benefits shall be prorated based on the number of hours worked.
