Wafer Map definition
Wafer Map means a map in electronic form or other form as mutually agreed of a Probed Wafers processed by Micron pursuant to this Agreement, such map depicting the location of each die on the wafer and whether it constitutes a Product, Secondary Silicon or a Reject.
Wafer Map means a document used to distinguish Die Products from Die that did not pass TI probe test for a particular Wafer Product.
