Wabush Initial Order definition

Wabush Initial Order means the Order of the Court issued on May 20, 2015 as amended, supplemented or varied from time to time;
Wabush Initial Order has the meaning set out in Recital A. “Wabush Iron” has the meaning set out in the preamble hereto.
