  • In the event that the VXL Group needs to provide further funding to the Holdco Group and the JV proceeds with the submission of the Tender or undertakes any business within the scope of the Holdco Group as described in the section headed “Joint Venture Agreement” above, VXL will comply with the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules and further announcement(s) will be made by VXL as and when appropriate.
