VWM Platform definition
VWM Platform means the online platform used to deliver the VWM Service and all its underlying technology (including all hardware, middleware, software, processes, algorithms, user interfaces, know-how, techniques, designs and other tangible and intangible technical material or information), which is operated by CS; “VWM Service” means the Valpak Waste Manager online waste management learning and compliance subscription service which is provided via the VWM Platform; and
