VVB definition

VVB means an organization approved by Verra to act as a validation/verification body in respect of providing validation and/or verification services in accordance with the relevant Verra Program Rules.

Examples of VVB in a sentence

  • The Employer agrees to provide a Long Term Disability Plan, the details of which are set out in Schedules V/V-B as applicable.

  • The VVB shall conclude all work within 1 year after the end of Service Period or 1 year after the termination of this Agreement under clause 9.2 above.

  • The Accredited VVB shall also use reasonable endeavours to provide access to NABCB assessors and experts to its customers’ premises to conduct assessment activities, as NABCB shall reasonably require.

  • At its sole discretion, Verra may allow the VVB to complete Service Provider Contracts entered into between the VVB and Project Proponents prior to the end of the Service Period.

  • All terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect during any such one year period, or until the VVB notifies Verra that all ongoing contracts have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

  • B) immediately by decision of the CEO, NABCB, in accordance with NABCB procedures as formally notified in advance of such a decision to the Accredited VVB as governed by clause 2.8. At the date of termination NABCB’s accreditation shall immediately cease to be valid but the Accredited VVB will remain bound by the relevant conditions of this Agreement (i.e. clauses 2.10, 3.2(f), 9, 12).

  • While accreditation is the indication of the integrity and competence of the Accredited VVB, it cannot be taken to constitute an undertaking by NABCB that the Accredited VVB will maintain a particular level of performance.

  • Accredited VVB will be provided with an annual financial quotation for NABCB’s estimated charges for the following year based on NABCB’s assessment of the appropriate level of monitoring for that body (see 2.6 above).

  • Verra Program Rules The Service Provider shall at all times conduct its performance of the Services in compliance with the relevant Verra Program Rules and VVB Oversight Procedures and, where Verra's approval of the Service Provider under this Agreement to provide the Services is based on the Service Provider's accreditation under an Accreditation Program as set out in the Verra Program Rules, the rules and principles of that Accreditation Program, as relevant.

  • NCCF shall not be obliged to pay compensation for any costs, expenses, losses or other damages which any temporary suspension or termination causes to the Empanelled VVB.
