VTL Coverage definition
VTL Coverage has the meaning given to it in Clause 17.10 (Additional security).
VTL Coverage has the meaning given to such term in Clause 26.1 (Additional security).
VTL Coverage has the meaning given to that term in Clause 18.1 (VTL Coverage).
Examples of VTL Coverage in a sentence
The VTL Coverage shall be tested (i) twice a year throughout the Facility Period on 30 June and 31 December and (ii) on the Delivery Date.
For the purposes of this Clause only, the VTL Coverage shall be tested on the amount of the Loan then outstanding and any undrawn Commitments.
