VSK Group definition
VSK Group means, collectively, VSK Electronics N.V., Télé Technique Générale S.A., Intelligent Data Capturing Systems (IDCS), N.V. and VIGITEC S.A., for so long as it is owned, directly or indirectly, by the Company.
VSK Group means collectively VSK Electronics and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Tele Technique Generale, IDCS, Belgian Automation and Vigitec, and any additional Subsidiaries of any member of the VSK Group formed after the date hereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.10(b).
