VSI Contract definition
VSI Contract mean that certain Agreement dated March 9, 1992, by and among Grantor, Video Services, Inc., Jeff▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇poration, and Finish Line Management Corp. CONTINUING SECURITY INTEREST TO SECURE PRESENT AND FUTURE INDEBTEDNESS. Grantor does hereby grant a continuing security interest in the Collateral in favor of Lender to secure any and all present and future Indebtedness of Grantor in favor of Lender, as may be outstanding from time to time, with the continuing preferences and priorities provided under applicable Louisiana law.
