VSFR Reference Period definition
VSFR Reference Period means each period from one Quarter Day to the next Quarter Day (whether or not the Quarter Day is a Payment Date).
VSFR Reference Period means each period from, and including, one Quarter Day to, but excluding, the next following Quarter Day.
VSFR Reference Period means each period from, and including, one Quarter Day to, but excluding, the next following Quarter Day. Any Variable-Spread Floating-Rate Tranche, or a part thereof which is not less than an amount of EUR 10 million, may be converted at the request of THE BORROWERS or the relevant BORROWER (as the case may be) on the following conditions:
Examples of VSFR Reference Period in a sentence
Interest shall be calculated in respect of each VSFR Reference Period on the basis of Article 5.02(ii).
The Bank shall notify VSFR to the Borrower within 10 days following the commencement of each VSFR Reference Period to which it applies.
THE BANK shall notify VSFR or other applicable rate to THE BORROWERS or to the relevant BORROWER (as the case may be) within ten days following the commencement of the VSFR Reference Period to which it applies.
