VSC's definition

VSC's or "Policies") which are described on Exhibit 2, affixed hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. CDA and Trade Partners agree that the value of the Viatical Settlement Contracts is agreed to be Eight Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ------- ($8,300,000.00) (the "Agreed Viaticals Value").
