VRN Schedule definition
VRN Schedule means the document set out in Appendix 5 setting out the procedures for the determination of the Agreed Yield or, as the case may be, the Rate of Interest in relation to each Series of Variable Rate Notes as amended, varied or supplemented from time to time.
Examples of VRN Schedule in a sentence
In the case of an issue of Variable Rate Notes, the Issuer and the Relevant Dealer shall comply with the provisions set out in the VRN Schedule, unless the Issuer and the Relevant Dealer agree otherwise.
The VRN Schedule may be changed in respect of any Series of Variable Rate Notes by agreement in writing between the Issuer and the Relevant Dealer.
