VRB definition

VRB means the SBS Value Review Board constituted and operated in accordance with SBS' VRB Procedure, (as attached to the Business Development Methodology ) used to evaluate inter alia the business value of submitted opportunities and any risks (including financial, technical, delivery and resourcing availability) associated with the said opportunity. The said procedure is an iterative one, requiring reviews at certain identified stages of the project lifecycle. * CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST(ED) The output from the VRB meetings (which are convened on a weekly basis) is a decision to proceed to the next stage of the project lifecycle or not, as the case may be.
