VRAs definition

VRAs means Volunteer Centers or Volunteer Referral Agencies that are located in California and are adequately prepared to play a pivotal role in supporting volunteer activities for emergency response and recovery operations, that include standing up an Emergency Volunteer Center, when warranted or supporting one established and/or run by its local municipality or designated department or agency.
