VPUP Services definition
VPUP Services. The isolation and resolution of technical problems arising from the installation, configuration, programming and maintenance of Applicable Products and Third Party Systems under a VPUP. Current software versions only are supported. VPU Services expressly exclude support for application development issues.
Examples of VPUP Services in a sentence
Dialogic reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether each Applicable Product is covered by a valid VPUP prior to providing VPUP Services for such Applicable Product.
Applicable Products: All standard Dialogic® products in their current revision level listed on the current Dialogic price list as being eligible for VPUP Services, which list may be amended from time to time without written notice.
Investigate Service Requests for each Registered Product and Third Party Systems during each Term for which VPUP Services are purchased for such Registered Product.
