The Ethernet VPN switch in the Supplier’s PoP must learn the destination of each Customer MAC address in an Ethernet VPN VPLS instance, so frames can be forwarded correctly.
This SLA is subject to, and hereby incorporates by reference; the terms and conditions as outlined in the Master Service Agreement set out in each service order between VPLS and the Customer.

The following features are not available with VPN Extensions: (i) End-to-End Performance Reporting; (ii) QoS; (iii) VPLS; and (iv) Multicast.
VPLS The Supplier shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the Services throughout the term of the Contract in a manner which meets or exceeds the Service Levels set out in this section.
VPLS Cloud Services platform consists of host compute nodes, local disk storage appliances, SAN storage devices and network connectivity.
VPLS will inform Customer of all scheduled maintenance which could reasonably be expected to cause significant degradation in the Network or Infrastructure at least one (1) day prior to the planned maintenance, provided Customer maintains current and accurate contact information with VPLS.
