  • The Ethernet VPN switch in the Supplier’s PoP must learn the destination of each Customer MAC address in an Ethernet VPN VPLS instance, so frames can be forwarded correctly.

  • This SLA is subject to, and hereby incorporates by reference; the terms and conditions as outlined in the Master Service Agreement set out in each service order between VPLS and the Customer.
