VP Human Resources definition

VP Human Resources means the individual who is the most senior Vice President of the Company with overall responsibility for corporate human resources, or the successor to his or her duties relating to human resources. (As of the January 1, 2001 Effective date, this individual was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. As of June 21, 2002, this individual is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources.)
VP Human Resources means the APS employee currently having the titleVice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development”, including the incumbent in any renamed position having similar responsibilities, and includes an individual acting in that role during the absence of the incumbent or if the position is vacant;
