Voya Agent definition
Voya Agent means an agent, contractor, subcontractor or other representative of Voya, other than BNY Mellon.

In the event that an employee or contractor of Voya Group or a Voya Agent accesses a Milliman Service Location in accordance with this Agreement: (1) such employee or contractor shall be subject to confidentiality obligations at least as stringent as required under this Agreement; and (2) shall comply with any Milliman Group security policies made available to such employee or contractor in advance.
