VOW definition
VOW means the Virtual Office Website Program. VOW is a cooperative initiative whereby a Member Participant’s Internet website, or a feature of Member Participant’s website is capable of providing real estate brokerage services to consumers with whom a broker-consumer relationship has been established where the consumer may search MLS data, subject to the Member Participant’s oversight, supervision, and accountability.
VOW means an Internet website, or a feature of an Internet website, through which an RLS Broker or Salesperson is capable of providing real estate brokerage services to consumers with whom the RLS Broker or the Salesperson has first established a broker-consumer relationship (as defined by New York state law) where the Customer has the opportunity to search non-confidential RLS Listing Information, subject to an RLS Broker’s oversight, supervision, and accountability.
VOW or “virtual office website” means a website, or feature of a website, operated by a Broker or for a Broker by another Person through which the Broker is capable of providing real estate brokerage services to consumers with whom the Broker has first established a Broker-consumer relationship (as defined by state law) where the consumer has the opportunity to search MLS data, subject to the Broker’s oversight, supervision, and accountability.

VOW means a Virtual Office Website as defined in the Rules.
