Voucher Rules. Families must fix the days of the week their children will use bus vouchers as space is limited on our routes. Any changes or requests must be requested 24 hours before the service will be used. Only existing bus stops may be included in a request, and note that some stops have been suspended due to lack of use. Morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off hours are approximate. Students and parents must arrive at the TASIS shuttle stop at least 5 minutes before the published pick-up and drop-off time. If, due to traffic and weather conditions, the shuttle arrives a few minutes early, it will not wait until the scheduled drop-off time. If a student is not at the bus stop in the morning, the bus driver is authorized to leave to avoid being late to school.

It is the parties’ further understanding that HPD may, in its discretion, based on Applicable Voucher Rules, provide certain Overhoused Sticky Voucher Tenants with waivers (“Waivers”) allowing the Landlord to receive the Full Voucher Payment from HUD beyond the Grace Period, and the Landlord will cooperate in any reasonable efforts to obtain such Waivers.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Avalon Voucher Rules may be revised or amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Seller.
In the event that the Buyer refuses to accept the revised or amended Avalon Voucher Rules, the Awarded Avalon Vouchers and Avalon Vouchers that were already awarded to the Buyer shall be deemed to be null and void.
