Voucher Fund definition

Voucher Fund means the $8,250,000 worth of cash-equivalent Vouchers Kellogg is providing as partial consideration for the Settlement.
Voucher Fund means the portion of the Settlement Fund valued at Three Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3,840,000.00) that COACH may pay in Vouchers to Settlement Class Members who elect to receive Vouchers and who submit valid and timely Claim Forms, pursuant to Section 4.2.

Examples of Voucher Fund in a sentence

  • Voucher Fund for Faculty Research and Professional Development Support monies are non-transferable.

  • Any unspent funds after the reallocation shall be rolled over into the following year’s Voucher Fund for Faculty Research and Professional Development Support.

  • Claimants’ cash or voucher refund amounts are subject to supplemental distributions or pro rata reductions if, in the case of the Cash Fund, claims exceed or are less than money remaining in the Cash Fund after subtraction of all Cash Expenses (including costs of Notice and Administration, attorneys’ fees and costs, and service awards); or in the case of the Voucher Fund, the value of Vouchers claimed exceed or is less than the amount of the Voucher Fund.

  • The Voucher Fund will be available to satisfy Voucher Awards to Approved Claimants.

  • If, however, (i) a Settlement Class Member’s cash award is subject to a pro rata reduction (i.e., the Settlement Class Member’s cash award would be less than $5.00) and (ii) funds remain in the Voucher Fund, then each Settlement Class Member electing to receive a cash award shall receive both their pro rata share of the cash award and also a Voucher before any Settlement Class Member electing to receive a Voucher receives a pro rata increase in the Voucher amount.
