Voting Unitholders definition

Voting Unitholders means, collectively, holders of Voting Units, and “Voting Unitholder” means any one of them.
Voting Unitholders means the holders from time to time of Units and Special Voting Units.

  • Unless the majority of the votes cast by holders of Units and Special Voting Unitholders or the Independent Unitholders, as applicable, who vote in respect of such resolution are voted in favour of the continued existence of this Agreement, this Agreement and all outstanding Rights shall, immediately upon the confirmation by the Chairman of such unitholders' meeting of the results of the votes on such resolution and without further formality, terminate and be void and of no further force and effect.
