Votebuilder definition

Votebuilder and “VAN” are synonymous terms used to describe the most recent release of the KDP’s online voter contact management software application designed, developed and supported by Voter Activation Network, LLC under a partnership agreement with KDP and the Democratic National Committee (“DNC”).

Examples of Votebuilder in a sentence

  • Support for Votebuilder will be handled using the Support Requests feature.

  • The services provided by Votebuilder are supplied only for the use and benefit of the Democratic Party, its committees, candidates (whether for primary or general elections), and endorsed campaigns.

  • This data will be uploaded to Votebuilder in a timely manner upon availability of data from the Kentucky State Board of Elections.

  • This one-time payment shall only grant Campaign access to Votebuilder for the life of this Agreement.

  • KDP reserves the right to monitor the activity of all Votebuilder users to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

  • The information about individual Kentucky registered voters contained within Votebuilder is obtained under various privacy agreements.

  • KDP reserves the right to immediately suspend Campaign’s access to Votebuilder at any time that KDP suspects an imminent threat to the integrity of the application or to the security of the information and data held within OR at any time it suspects or is made aware of a lack of adherence to the terms and spirit of this agreement or to the leadership and authority of the KDP.

  • Votebuilder and the information and features held within may never be used in any manner injurious to KDP, its committees, its duly elected nominees for any office or any affiliate of KDP.

  • Campaign acknowledges that it will lose all access to Votebuilder and related data and features upon termination of this Agreement.

  • Any candidate wishing to use Votebuilder for their own purposes must enter into an agreement with the KDP.
