Voluntary Early Termination definition

Voluntary Early Termination is defined in Section 4.2(a)(i).
Voluntary Early Termination means that the Executive, prior to Normal Retirement Age, has terminated employment with the Bank for reasons other than termination for Cause, Disability, Involuntary Early Termination, or following a Change in Control.
Voluntary Early Termination means that the Participant, prior to Normal Retirement Age, has terminated employment with the Company for reasons other than death, Termination for Cause, Disability, or Involuntary Early Termination within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control.

  • In the case of an Early Termination Notice delivered with respect to a Voluntary Early Termination, the Corporation may withdraw such Early Termination Notice and rescind its Voluntary Early Termination at any time prior to the time at which any Early Termination Payment is paid and the terms of this Agreement shall apply as if such Early Termination Notice had never been delivered.
