Volumes definition

Volumes means the following four types of volumes in the specified percentages:
Volumes means amounts and levels of resource made available to Customer when using the Services, including any Interaction volumes as detailed in the relevant Order Form;
Volumes means the document(s) entitled Volumes, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Letter of Bid, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bill of Quantities, data, lists, and Volumes of rates and/or prices.

  • Volumes shall be separately bound in three (3) ring binders that permit the volume to lie flat when open.

  • Volumes and losses of each Product shall be determined and accounted for as of the end of each Month.


More Definitions of Volumes

Volumes means the weight of our products shipped within a period, expressed in kilotons, and excludes our Cores, Risers & Filters, which are sold on a unit and not volume basis, as well as our Sand, xPuris and Metallurgy business lines that were discontinued or divested. We exclude these categories in order to more accurately show volumes on a like-for-like basis across periods. We discontinued our Sand business line in December 2018, other than limited sales in Spain, and the xPuris business was divested in March 2024. The Metallurgy business line was divested in September 2024.
Volumes means the respective quantities of the respective Product(s) transported by the Sub Contractor in terms of this Agreement, measured in litres, and recorded in the Order and/or the Delivery Note in respect of each Delivery;

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;
