Contractor shall populate a Quarterly Volume Report, using the format as specified by the State, for each State Fiscal Year Quarter.

The payments required to be made by Purchaser under this subsection (e) shall be made no later than 10 Business Days following the later of (i) Purchaser’s receipt of the Seller Retained Volume Report (if Purchaser has not objected thereto) or (ii) the final determination of the amount of Seller Retained Volume.
