Such price shall be subject to annual adjustment by the same percentage as the annual percentage change in the CPI from the CPI applicable to December 2023 to the CPI for the month of December immediately preceding the relevant January 1st price adjustment date; provided, however, that the Crude Helium Price shall never be less than the price prior to the CPI adjustment.
