Volume Commitment Shipper definition

Volume Commitment Shipper means a Committed Firm Shipper that commits to transport, or pay for, a specified Committed Volume on a monthly basis pursuant to the terms of a Volume Commitment TSA.
Volume Commitment Shipper means a Committed Shipper that commits to transport, or pay for, a specified Committed Volume on a monthly basis pursuant to the terms of a Volume Commitment TSA. A Volume Commitment Shipper receives Non-Firm Service at the applicable Volume Incentive Rate, but has the right under its Volume Commitment TSA to elect Committed Firm Service for all quantities up to the specified Committed Volume for any Proration Month(s) by paying the applicable Firm Rate. All quantities in excess of the specified Committed Volume receive Non-Firm Service.

Examples of Volume Commitment Shipper in a sentence

  • If the Shipper does not meet their Quarterly Volume Commitment, Shipper will be obligated to remit a deficiency payment pursuant to the terms in the transportation service agreement.

  • If a Volume Commitment Shipper fails to tender a volume of Crude Petroleum equal to its Committed Volume, multiplied by the number of days in the applicable month, it shall pay to Carrier the Deficiency Payment, which payment shall be equal to the shortfall in the quantity tendered multiplied by the applicable rate in its Volume Commitment TSA.

Related to Volume Commitment Shipper

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Real-Time Commitment means NYISO’s multi-period security constrained unit commitment and dispatch model, as defined in the NYISO Tariffs.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • MDQ means the total maximum MMBtu which Company shall be obligated to receive or deliver on a firm basis on any given day on behalf of customer.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.

  • Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.
