Consultant shall provide traffic engineering consulting services in compliance with the Town’s Transportation Impact Policy and Guideline including, but not limited, to Vehicles Miles Traveled (VMT) analysis, trip generation studies, site circulation and access review, intersection and roadway Level of Service (LOS) analysis, and other services as needed.
Additionally, NCDEQ will consult with NCDOT and the MPO about what critical transportation-related inputs for the SIP development process should be used, such as VMT and speed assumptions for various road classifications.
