VMBS or “VM Group” means The Victoria Mutual Building Society and may include its Subsidiaries.

  • In the event of a complaint regarding VM Express Online, the User and VMBS agree to resolve the issues first by looking to this Agreement.

  • VMBS reserves the right at any time to publish, revise and charge transaction fees for services completed through VM Express Online from time to time.

  • If there is a conflict between what an employee of VMBS says and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement will prevail.

  • In the case of a Purchase, VMBS will assign all interest held by VMBS, in such Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.
