VM Board definition

VM Board means the board of directors of the Company or a duly authorised committee of the board of directors of the Company.Any reference to a statutory provision includes a reference to that provision as amended or re-enacted. The singular includes the plural and the other way round and the masculine gender includes the feminine and the other way round.
