Viterra. Viterra Limited, together with its direct and indirect subsidiaries.
Viterra has the meaning given to it in the preamble to this Agreement; and
Viterra means Viterra New Zealand Limited (NZBN 9429039801180) and all of its “related companies” (as defined in Section 2 of the Companies Act 1993).

  • On the Viterra Acquisition Closing Date, the Business Combination Agreement Representations shall be true and correct.
