Visitors Book definition

Visitors Book means the book/s retained for the purposes of recording details of visitors introduced to the Club. It includes the electronic system/s in use by the DHA for recording visitors to the Estate and the Golf administration system used for recording and charging visitors for golf rounds.

Examples of Visitors Book in a sentence

  • In the case of a non-employee a record of his/her name, arrival and departure times should be entered into the Visitors Book in the reception area.

  • All guests to the Club must be duly introduced by a member who will enter the names of those guests into and sign "The Visitors" Book.

  • The Member must write their names and addresses in the Visitors' Book on their entering the Clubhouse; be responsible for them throughout their visit; and make all payments in respect of them.

  • Visitors are to return the Visitors Pass and sign out in the Visitors Book before leaving the site.

  • Visitors are welcome at any time, and are asked to notify staff of their arrival and departure and sign Visitors Book.

  • A duly accredited Union representative shall have the right to enter the Company premises in accordance with the provisions of the Act and providing they comply with the Company’s Visitors Policy as summarised below: Visitors must report to Reception (or Security outside office hours) and register their name and details in the Visitors Book.
