Visitor Accommodation definition

Visitor Accommodation means the use of an existing dwelling or residential premises to provide for short or medium term accommodation for persons away from their normal place of residence, where –
Visitor Accommodation means land or buildings which are offered for temporary accommodation of persons and includes bed and breakfast establishments, backpackers’ accommodation, home stay facilities, motels, hotels, tourist lodges, holiday flats, tourist cabins, motor inns and ancillary workrooms, reception areas and accessory buildings or ancillary activities on the site. This definition does not include activities defined in this Policy as dwellings or residential activities.
Visitor Accommodation means residential buildings aimed at housing visitors for a financial consideration and includes, but is not limited to, boarding houses, chalets, backpackers hostels, motels and hotels.

Examples of Visitor Accommodation in a sentence

  • Business ActivityMeans the activity of conducting business, and also includes Service Industrial Activities, Education/Training Activities and Facilities, Health Care Services, and Visitor Accommodation.

More Definitions of Visitor Accommodation

Visitor Accommodation means the use of a Developed Property for short-term, fee paying, living accommodation where the length of stay for any fee paying guest or visitor is less than 32 days at any time.
Visitor Accommodation means the same thing as commercial accommodation. It does not include private home accommodation; (logement pur voyageurs)

  • Facility Letter of Credit Obligations means, as at the time of determination thereof, all liabilities, whether actual or contingent, of the Borrower with respect to Facility Letters of Credit, including the sum of (a) the Reimbursement Obligations and (b) the aggregate undrawn face amount of the then outstanding Facility Letters of Credit.

  • Auto-Renewal Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
