Visiting vessel definition
Visiting vessel means a vessel temporarily moored in a state small boat harbor while having a use permit applicable to a different state small boat harbor or other boating facility under the jurisdiction of the division.
Visiting vessel means a transient or guest vessel docked at a marina without a moorage agreement, and includes vessels operated by persons seeking day use, overnight use, or other marina services on a space-as-available basis.
