Visiting scientist definition

Visiting scientist means experienced researchers with outstanding past achievements in international training and collaborative research, originating from either the public or private sector, with a specific role in training and supervising researchers within the network.
Visiting scientist means (a) an employee of LifeMap undertaking Development Activities under the supervision of the Principal Investigator pursuant to the Co-Development Agreement on Mount Sinai premises.
Visiting scientist means any VISITING SCIENTIST under and pursuant to a VISITING SCIENTIST AGREEMENT.

Visiting scientist shall have the meaning set out in Section 4.3. j. “Wind Down” shall have the meaning set out in Section 12.7. All other defined terms shall be as otherwise defined in the text of the Agreement.
