You must receive all covered Services from Plan Providers inside our Service Area, except for: • Emergency Services • Urgent Care outside our Service Area • Authorized referrals to non-Plan Providers (as described in Section 2) • Visiting Member Services as described in Section 2 Exclusions and Limitations: Exclusions and limitations that apply only to a particular benefit are described in this section.
Visiting Member Service Exclusions The following Services are not covered under your visiting member benefits.
Visiting Member Services Limitations: • Access to Services in the visited service area will be subject to availability at the time you request the Service.

Visiting Members are responsible for any housekeeping fees, utility surcharge fees, gratuity fees, transportation fees, personal charges (i.e. telephone calls and meals) or any other fees imposed on the Visiting Member or his or her Accompanied Guests.
The Elite Alliance is not liable for any damage, loss or theft to the personal property of any Visiting Member of his or her Accompanied and/or Unaccompanied Guests.
In case the Home Company changes the provisions of this Agreement or the Service, the Home Company shall notify the changes to the Visiting Member through BonusLink Mobile App or updates on the website.
