Vision triangle definition

Vision triangle means a distance of 30 feet from the rights-of-way lines of two intersecting streets.(See Section 118-504)
Vision triangle means that area bounded by the street right-of-way lines of a corner lot and a straight line joining points on said right-of-way lines 25 feet from the point of intersection of said right-of-way lines. Greater dimensions may be required on streets with higher traffic volumes, based upon the standards of the Institute of Transportation Engineers or the Association of American State Highway Officials.
Vision triangle means the area formed by measuring from the intersection of two property lines at the intersection of two streets to points twenty-five feet along said property lines and then connecting these two points with a straight line. (Ord. 7I-05, 2005).

  • Hospitality Package means any official hospitality package created by MATCH Hospitality comprising a Ticket and certain Match-day hospitality benefits and services to be provided at any Hospitality Facility in connection with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.   • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
