Vision clearance triangle definition

Vision clearance triangle means formed by the intersection of two street right-of-ways.
Vision clearance triangle means a triangle at a corner lot as defined in BLMC 18.04.120, which triangle is formed on two sides by the right-of-way edges and on the third side by a line drawn between points on the respective right-of-way edges which points are 30 feet from their intersection.
Vision clearance triangle means an unoccupied triangular space at the intersection of highways or streets or railroads. Such vision clearance triangle shall be bounded by the intersecting highway, road or railroad right-of-way lines and a setback line connecting points located on such right-of-way lines by measurement from their intersection as specified in General Provisions Section 10.3.6 of this ordinance.
