Card Users may obtain information about the current available balance on their Card by calling the Division’s Customer Service from within the U.S. or ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ from outside the U.S., by logging into the Division’s OnCard Website or mobile application, by using any Bank or Visa ATM, or by visiting a Division branch.
The EasyCard function in Easy Visa ATM Card may be started to use without activation, and the available balance in new/reissued/replaced Easy Visa ATM Card is 0.
For the use of Easy Visa ATM Card, in addition to regulation under this Provision, anything not stipulated shall be processed in accordance with the Bank’s Terms and Conditions for the Debit Card, EasyCard Corporation’s “Provisions for EasyCard” and other related published regulations.
