Virus Seed definition

Virus Seed means a viral vector stock produced in a cell bank, such as the Master Cell Bank or Working Cell Bank, that is subsequently used to inoculate said Master Cell Bank and/or Working Cell Bank or a third party cell bank for the purpose of producing Vaccine batches.
Virus Seed has the meaning set forth in Exhibit A.
Virus Seed means the virus seed supplied by Buyer to Manufacturer to perform the Services as identified in Appendix 1.

Examples of Virus Seed in a sentence

  • Listing of all in-process and Quality Control testing completed during the preceding month, showing start dates and expected end dates, and the results of such tests for vaccine, diluent, Master Virus Seed and/or Production Virus Seed.

  • Should Aviron require [ * ] Manufacturing Working Virus Seeds to be manufactured by Medeva it shall notify Medeva of such and shall [ * ] for each additional Manufacturing Working Virus Seed manufactured by Medeva.

  • If the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit is payable in a form other than an annuity, his annuity starting date is the first day on which all events have occurred entitling the Participant to that form of distribution.

  • Purchase orders for Adjuvant, Clinical Trial Materials, Product, COVAXINTM Drug Substance and/or Drug Product Components (separately specifying the IMDG, Aluminum Hydroxide/TLR Complex, Virus Seed, Cell Banks, and any other Critical Reagents) shall state the ordered quantity, including with respect to the Product, in increments of full batches.
