Virtual Systems definition

Virtual Systems means any virtual machines and instances provisioned within the RPC-VMware Environment.

  • Payment shall be made in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise agreed upon in the appropriate Virtual Systems House Agreement or otherwise between the Parties.

  • Such Site operations reviews are intended to consider Site level issues relating to the Production Effort and Services, as referenced in the applicable Virtual Systems House Agreement.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.
