VIRTUAL STOCK OPTION definition
VIRTUAL STOCK OPTION or "VSO" means a virtual stock option, which confers upon a Participant the right to receive compensation measured by or otherwise related to appreciation in the value of Shares of Stock, and which may contain a CAR, a SOR or such similar rights as the Committee may determine.
