Virtual distributor could deliver information more effectively and complete the business model with the integrated services including information flow, business flow, cash flow, and goods flow.
Sub-Distributor means any sub-distributor appointed by the Distributor in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank Notices as a sub-distributor of the Company.
Wine distributor means a person who buys wine from

Input Service Distributor means an office of the supplier of goods or services or both which receives tax invoices issued under section 31 towards the receipt of input services and issues a prescribed document for the purposes of distributing the credit of central tax, State tax, integrated tax or Union territory tax paid on the said services to a supplier of taxable goods or services or both having the same Permanent Account Number as that of the said office;
Electricity Distributor means the licensed operator of the distribution system through which electricity is supplied to you;
host distributor means a distributor who is a market participant and who distributes electricity to another distributor who is not a market participant.
Independent Distributor means a person, business, or firm that is neither authorized nor franchised by an Original Component Manufacturer (“OCM”) to sell or distribute the OCM’s products but which purports to sell, broker, and/or distribute such OCM products. Independent Distributors are also referred to as unfranchised distributors, unauthorized distributors, and/or brokers.
Exclusive distributor means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, or limited
Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.
Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
SDS means safety data sheets;
Beer distributor means a person who buys beer from a domestic
Master distributor means a wholesaler who acts in the same or similar capacity as a brewer or outstate seller of beer for a brand or brands of beer to other wholesalers on a regular basis in the normal course of business.
Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.
Authorized Distributor means a Distributor distributing product within the terms of an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractual agreement. Contractual Agreement terms include, but are not limited to, distribution region, distribution products or lines, and warranty flow down from the OCM/OEM. Under this distribution, the distributor would be known as an Authorized Distributor. The term Franchised Distributor is considered synonymous with Authorized Distributor.
BTCo means Bankers Trust Company, in its individual capacity, and any successor corporation thereto by merger, consolidation or otherwise.
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.
Transient merchant means any person who engages in a temporary or itinerant merchandising business and in the course of such business hires, leases or occupies any building or structure whatsoever, or who operates out of a vehicle which is parked anywhere within the City limits. Temporary association with a local merchant, dealer, trader or auctioneer, or conduct of such transient business in connection with, as a part of, or in the name of any local merchant, dealer, trader or auctioneer does not exempt any person from being considered a transient merchant.
Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.
Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.
Reverse distributor means a person or company that retrieves unusable or outdated drugs from a pharmacy for the purpose of removing those drugs from stock and destroying them.
Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.
Wholesale drug distributor means anyone engaged in the
