Virtual Data Room Cut-Off Date definition
Virtual Data Room Cut-Off Date means the date that is three (3) Business Days prior to the date hereof; except that with respect to the documents identified on Annex VI, the Virtual Data Room Cut-Off Date shall mean the date that is one (1) day prior to the date hereof.
