You cannot apply to join any Duty Solicitor Schemes (save for Virtual Court Duty Solicitor Schemes) during the life of the Contract unless we invite you to apply in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
Your Duty Solicitors must also serve on Virtual Court Duty Schemes if you have applied for membership of a Virtual Court Duty Scheme.
