Virtual Completion Certificate definition
Virtual Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by the Consultant/Owner to the Contractor after successful completion of the project.
Virtual Completion Certificate means the Certificate to be issued by the Architect/Consultant Designer appointed by the TRIFED when the "works", according to the consultant designer, have been completed in every respect in conformity with the Contract documents and are ready and fit for occupation / commissioning.
