Virtual Assessment means an Assessment in respect of property, premises or assets undertaken without a physical inspection of the relevant property, premises or assets.

  • On acceptance of this Agreement you will have entered into a legally binding contract with us for the provision of the Virtual Assessment Service.

  • A Virtual Assessment report must always display a unique reference number (“URN”) to be verified as a Sedex compliant Virtual Assessment report.

  • Each Party acknowledges that in entering into the Agreement, it does not do so on the basis of, and does not rely on, any representation, warranty or other provision except as expressly set out in these Virtual Assessment Terms of Service.
