VIP Member definition

VIP Member means a RN Program Member that (i) meets the defined criteria of an Online Member and has twelve (12) or more Qualified Transactions at a Participating Merchant during a calendar year or in the previous calendar year, or (ii) has qualified to be a VIP Member via a promotional offer agreed to by the Parties.   • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
